Resting Grace Design was never meant to be a business idea.
It began as something far quieter — a simple exchange of faith between two hearts seeking God in the ordinary.
A Quiet Beginning
Resting Grace Design began from a deeply personal journey.
It started when Leif began sharing daily devotional reflections with Ira — simple messages containing Scripture, small thoughts, and gentle observations from time spent with God.
What neither of us expected was how God would use those small notes with such tenderness and power.
In the ordinary rhythm of everyday life — especially in moments when encouragement was needed most — those devotionals became sacred pauses.
They became places of clarity, comfort, and spiritual renewal.
When God Made
It Bigger Than Us
As these shared reflections continued, Ira sensed the Lord stirring something deeper.
She encouraged Leif to begin writing a devotional book — believing what God was giving was never meant only for the two of us.
It was meant for others who longed for peace, reassurance, and quiet strength in their daily walk with Him.
That simple encouragement became the seed of everything we do today.
