In today’s rapidly advancing technological world, time seems to pass more quickly than ever.
We find ourselves constantly occupied by the overwhelming flow of information we receive through the internet. There are countless applications that allow us to learn new knowledge and skills—if we are willing.

Yet, at times, we get caught up in simply consuming it all—scrolling here and there, without even realizing how much time has slipped away, leaving us with little of meaning accomplished. Perhaps if it happens for a day or two, it is still understandable. But when it becomes a habit, it is something we may one day regret—realizing how much time was wasted just being a spectator.

It takes intentional self-discipline to restrain ourselves—to discern what is truly valuable and how we ought to use the time God has given us. As it is written:
“Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.”
- Psalm 90:12

Here, we invite you to pause for a moment from the noise of the world and all its glitter.
To take a brief rest, and look inward—from the perspective of the One who created us.
To find stillness in tracing the quiet imprints of His presence throughout every chapter of our lives.
Our very existence today is a testament to His boundless love:
we are still being given the breath of life.
